FACULTY POSITIONS
SCHOOL OF PHARMACY
The School of Pharmacy at Hampton University invites highly motivated applicants for full-time faculty positions in the Department of Pharmacy Practice. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating and delivering didactic education; developing and maintaining innovative clinical practice sites; conducting scholarly activity in an area of expertise; and, engaging in service to the University and community. Applicants from multiple clinical specialties will be considered with highest priority given to candidates with expertise in drug information and adult or pediatric internal medicine. Successful candidates must possess a Pharm.D. degree; have completed one to two years of residency training and be eligible for Virginia pharmacist licensure.
Hampton University School of Pharmacy is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. It is located on the east coast of Virginia in the picturesque Hampton Roads area that includes the cities of Hampton, Norfolk, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Newport News.
