Description
Lipscomb University is looking for a motivated and eager candidate to join the faculty to help advance the education and research mission within the College of Pharmacy. This position will give you the opportunity to contribute your scientific and technical knowledge to develop curricular content to support the training of students. Candidates are expected to contribute to the education and training of students in the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) professional program in the College of Pharmacy at Lipscomb University.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop curricular content in your area of expertise to support education and training of students
- Precept students on IPPEs and APPEs
- Coordinate didactic course(s)
- Serve on college committees
- Enhance the reputation and scholarship metrics of the college and the research center through grant submissions and funding, abstracts and posters, presentations, and publications
- Represent and increase program visibility externally through active leadership in local, regional, or national organizations
Basic Qualifications:
Pharm D; PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred or 5 years of clinical experience in the areas of internal medicine, emergency medicine, critical care, general medicine, pediatrics, or ambulatory care.
